Please read this document carefully before accessing or using the
site.Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance
of these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by
these terms and conditions you may not access or use the site, Ground
Dynamics Inc. may modify this agreement at any time and such modifications
shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement
on the site. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be
aware of such modifications and your continue access or use of the
site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified
agreement.

Disclaimer
Due to the highly specialized nature of our products we recommend
the customer completely read the terms and conditions before finalizing
a purchase.
Some aftermarket body kit parts
may require modifications for fitment. We recommend that you have
these parts installed by a professional body shop who is experienced
with custom installations.
Please be aware that all cars depicted
on the website are highly customized cars. Each car has had many
modifications made to them including painting and possibly altering
of the depicted kit. Please read the description of the part carefully
as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then
depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including,
but not limited to, molding, cutting, or adding to the original
piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others
accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the
product description.
Carbon fiber hoods are lightweight
and may fly open while driving if not properly secured. We strongly
recommend the use of hood pins in addition to the included latch.
Ground Dynamics Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused by
an improperly secured hood.
Some products sold may be intended
for off-road/show/race use only and are not intended for use on
public highways. You, as the buyer, are responsible for complying
with any/all local, state, and federal laws.
It is our intention to offer our
customers the widest selection of body kits, but sometimes at the
expense of a longer wait period for procurement of a particular
body kit (if it is not already in stock). Due to varying shipping
times on certain aero parts, we ask that you do not schedule an
appointment with a bodyshop for installation until you have received
your ordered aero parts. If your car is in need of repair due to
an accident, we ask that you call us first to check if your desired
body kit is in stock and estimated ship time prior to giving your
bodyshop any timeline. By placing an order with Ground Dynamics
Inc., you agree that we, Ground Dynamics Inc. can not be held liable
for any storage fees incurred at your body shop.
Shipping
Policy / Damaged Shipments
All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Ground Dynamics
Inc. ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible
for any damage that my occur during shipment. Ground Dynamics Inc.
shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates
are given as approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks,
reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment
or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Please inspect
the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery reciept.
Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery
reciept and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier
to recover damages/loss of shipments. You agree not to refuse shipments
for any reason. Refused shipments will be subject to additional
shipping charges before replacement items are sent.
Order Return/Cancellation
Policy
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 25% of the
original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled.
Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns must be made within 5 days
of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items
that have been used, modified, installed, painted, or damaged. Original
shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. ALL RETURNED
MERCHANDISE MUST RECIEVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM Ground Dynamics Inc.
and must have a valid RMA number.

button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property
of Ground Dynamics Inc. and protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are

Order Acceptance
and Submissions
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation
does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. Ground Dynamics Inc. reserves
the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline
your order for any reason. Ground Dynamics Inc. reserves the right
at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to
you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and
adjust your invoice accordingly. Ground Dynamics Inc. may require
additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
By submitting your creative ideas,
inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission")
you grant Ground Dynamics Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable,
license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create
derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform
and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and
to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media,
or technology now known or later developed without any notice or
compensation to you.
International orders may be subject
to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. Ground Dynamics Inc. is not
responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international
orders.
Limitation
of Liability and Disclaimer
The Ground Dynamics Inc. web site (www.grounddynamics.com / grounddynamics.com)
and the materials therein are provided "AS IS". Ground
Dynamics Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either express
or implied, of any kind with respect to the operation, contents,
information, or materials contained therein. You agree that Ground
Dynamics Inc., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives
shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content
or use of the Ground Dynamics Inc. web site. You agree that this
limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages
of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory,
special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
Ground Dynamics Inc. shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Ground Dynamics Inc. shall immediately issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action brought against Ground Dynamics
Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without
regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole
jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use
of or orders made on Ground Dynamics Inc. shall be an appropriate
federal or state court located in Los Angeles County in the State
of California.
Ground Dynamics Inc. reserves the
right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions
at any time.
