There are many different universal wings that will fit any car; there are also many car-specific wings that are made specifically to fit a certain car. If you order a universal wing, make sure it will fit by measuring the dimensions of your trunk and the base of the wing.

How do you install an aluminum wing?
Aluminum wings need to be bolted onto the trunk of the car. Installing the aluminum wing will involve drilling holes on the trunk of the car, and then bolting the wing securely to the trunk.

ANTENNAS

How do you install an aftermarket antenna? Why purchase one?
To install an aftermarket antenna, the factory antenna has to be removed and replaced with the new fashionable antenna. Most are available in polished aluminum, colors, plain or whatever your choice of different graphics. Some vehicles may need antenna adapters to fit properly. Buying a new antenna is a good way to customize your car.

BODY KITS

What exactly is a body kit? Why buy a body kit?
A body kit is a collection of parts that modifies the appearance of the car. Most body kits modify the look of the front bumper, rear bumper, and the side skirts on a car. Most bumpers that are included in body kits replace the factory bumper; however, there are some bumpers that go over the factory bumper. Body kits tend to make a car look lowered. Body kits make the biggest impact on the appearance of a car.

Are body kits and ground effects the same thing?
Yes. Ground effects, body kits, spoiler kits, bumper kits and aerodynamics are all terms that mean the exact same thing. People choose to call them by different names.

What do all body kits come with?
Full body kits generally include the front bumper, the side skirts, and the rear bumper.

What is the difference between fiberglass and poly-urethane body kits?
The difference between fiberglass and poly-urethane body kits is that they are made from different composite materials. Poly-urethane and fiberglass have both positive and negative qualities. Urethane is a rubber-type material that is very flexible and durable. However, it is more expensive than fiberglass. Fiberglass body kits in general are less flexible than urethane body kits (although this definitely depends on the manufacturer), but are more resistant to extreme weather conditions. Also, paint adheres very well to fiberglass, so there likely will not be paint problems with fiberglass.

How do you install a body kit?
If you have never installed a body kit, it is recommended that the body kit is taken to a body shop to be installed.

CANARDS

What do canards do?
Canards are designed to provide down force on the front end of the car. Canards add drag to the car but help keep the front of the car planted when higher speeds are reached. Canards are usually made of plastic, carbon fiber or fiberglass and are relatively inexpensive.

How do you install canards?
Canards are installed onto your existing bumper and are attached by double sided tape or using self-tapping screws on the bottom side. If you are not sure on how to install them it is best to take them to a body shop.

CARBON FIBER FENDERS

Why buy carbon fiber fenders?
Carbon fiber fenders are if you are looking for a lightweight alternative from your steel fender or if you just want that custom race look.

Do carbon fiber fenders come in a set of 2?
Carbon fiber fenders normally come in sets of 2 unless otherwise noted.

How do you install carbon fiber fenders?
Carbon fiber fenders are usually factory fit which means that all you would do is un-bolt your factory fenders and replace them with the carbon fiber fenders. Little to no modification is needed to get these to fit properly.

CARBON FIBER HOODS

Why buy a carbon fiber hood?
Carbon fiber hoods give cars a custom race look that is very popular. Carbon fiber hoods come with a clear gel-coat that lets you see the weave of the carbon fiber and so that you don't have to paint your hood. Also, carbon fiber hoods are almost always lighter than factory hoods, so they can help you improve performance. Another option is for carbon fiber hoods are vented carbon hoods because they relieve your engine of trapped heat, are lighter weight than factory hoods, and give your car a race car appearance.

How do you install a carbon fiber hood?
Carbon fiber hoods are usually factory fit which means un-bolting your factory hood and replacing it with the lightweight hood. Little to no modification is needed to get these to fit properly, and they often come with the factory metal latches for an easy installation. Hood pins are recommended for use with all carbon fiber hoods.

Do you have to buy hood pins if you buy a carbon fiber hood?
Hood pins are not necessary when buying a carbon fiber hood if it comes with a factory metal latch. It is recommend that hood pins are installed as a safety precaution. If the carbon fiber hood does not come with a latch, hood pins are mandatory to be able to close your hood.

Why buy a carbon fiber wing?
Carbon fiber wings are a great accessory designed to customize the appearance of your car. Carbon products give your car a modern race look. They also have a very specific role in aerodynamics. How do you install a carbon fiber wing?

Custom fit covers are car covers that are made specifically to fit your car. A car cover is great to have because it protects your car from harsh outdoor conditions and protects it from indoor conditions such as dust or paint dings.

How do you install a custom fit cover?
Custom fit car covers are placed over the car securely and attached on the bottom using rope or string.

Eyebrows are a way to customize the headlight area of a car. Eyebrows add an aggressive look and alter the look of the headlights. They are normally available in paintable or carbon fiber finish.

How do you install a front end mask?
Front end masks are installed over your car's front bumper and hood securely, and attached on the fender and bottom area of your car using clasps to lock it into place.

How do you install metal fenders?
Metal fenders are factory fit and finish, which means you, would have to unbolt your factory fenders and replace them with the new metal fenders. No modification is needed to get these to fit properly.

MIRRORS

Why buy mirrors?
Buying aftermarket mirrors is a good way to customize the look of your car and improve its aerodynamic performance.

What different types of aftermarket mirrors are available?
Aftermarket mirrors are available in different materials, including FRP plastic, carbon fiber and fiberglass. Different styles are available such as D1 style, F1 style and M3 styles. You also have an option to get the mirrors manual or electric, and get them with or without LED turn signals built in.

Is there an option between power and manual? Can I put power mirrors on a car that comes with manual mirrors?
Every set of mirrors we sell is either manual or power, the description normally states if they are manual or power. You can install power mirrors on a car that has manual mirrors. Wiring will need to be done to your factory wiring harness from the new electric mirrors in order to get them to function properly.

How do you install mirrors?
Mirrors are installed with basic hand tools. Removal of the factory mirrors is required to install the new mirrors.

REAR WINDOW DEFLECTORS

What is a rear window deflector? Why buy one?
Rear window deflectors are designed to keep the rear window of the car clear of road grime. They are available in clear, smoke and sometimes carbon fiber.

How do you install a rear window deflector?
Minor drilling required for the installation, but deflectors come with the installation instructions and hardware.

SCOOPS

What are scoops? Why buy a scoop?
Scoops are styling components that are used to attach to the factory hood or body panels of the car. They add a custom race look to your car that sets your car apart from the crowd. Scoops fit on any car and offer an alternative to buying an entire aftermarket hood.

What different types of scoops are there?
Scoops come in many different styles and our made of many different materials including: Carbon fiber, fiberglass, and plastic.

How do you install a scoop?
Installation of a scoop depends on your preference. You can mold the scoop onto the section of the car to make it look like it's part of the car, or you can simply adhere it without doing any body work for a quick and easy installation.

SIDE WINDOW DEFLECTORS

What are side window deflectors? Why buy side window deflectors?
Window deflectors move air around the side windows, taking stale air out of the car while increasing the effectiveness of the heater or air conditioner. The interior will also be protected from any debris that might come in the car while the windows are open.

How do you install side window deflectors?
Window deflectors are installed using 3M double-sided adhesive tape and not tools are needed.

STEEL HOODS

Why buy a steel hood?
There are a great variety of steel hoods available, you can choose to give your car a bulky look, or a sleek custom look, or any other look in between. Steel hoods use factory hardware and are usually factory fit and finish. Unlike fiberglass or carbon hoods, steel hoods do not need hood pins and will stay on the car at any speed.

How do you install a steel hood?
Steel hoods are attached the same way the factory hood is. There are four bolts that hold the factory hood together on hinges, and once those are removed the new hood is installed using the same four bolts.

VERTICAL DOORS

What are vertical doors? Why buy vertical doors?
Vertical door kits include hinges that allow the doors to open up vertically. With a vertical door kit, your car or truck will stand out from the crowd.

Are vertical doors the same as lambo doors?
Lambo doors and vertical doors are two names for the exact same thing. Some choose to call them by either name.

Do lambo doors fit every vehicle?
There are car-specific vertical doors that are made to easily bolt on to the car and there are also universal lambo doors that are made to fit any car or truck. Professional installation is recommended.

What is included with a lambo door kit?
Lambo doors come with the needed hardware and hinges to bolt or weld onto the car. Different brands have different mechanisms for opening the door, but all include a shock that holds up the weight of the door.

What is a gauge face? Why buy a gauge face?
Gauge faces overlay onto your factory instrument panel. Gauge faces are an excellent way to add that custom touch to the interior of your car.

How do you install a gauge face?
Gauge faces should be installed by professionals because the removal and placement over the factory gauge is needed.

GAUGE PODS

What is a gauge pod? Why buy a gauge pod?
A gauge pod is for housing your gauges in your car and gives it a sporty

How do you install a gauge pod?
Gauge pods include hardware and can be attached either to the a-pillar post of the car or they can be mounted sometimes gauge pods are mounted onto flat surfaces as well and attach using the included hardware, depending on the style of the gauge pod. Normal hand tools are required and installation can be completed in minutes.

GAUGE

Why buy gauges?
The main gauges that help you monitor the health of any high-performance engine would be the basic gauges, such oil pressure, oil temperature and coolant temperature.

What are the different types of gauges available?
There are dozens of gauges available which monitor all types of engine performance. Some common ones are air/fuel ratio, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature; exhaust temperature, fuel pressure and nitrous pressure gauges.

Do gauges work on any vehicle?
Gauges are universal and can be mounted any where and in any car. Gauge pods are usually used to house these aftermarket gauges within your vehicle.

How do you install gauges?
Some gauges are electrical and others are mechanical. Electrical gauges use sensors that have to be installed; mechanical gauges rely on hoses for feedback. All gauges must be wired up for lighting within your car.

HUB ADAPTERS

What is a hub adapter? Why buy a hub adapter?
Hub adapters are needed when installing aftermarket steering wheels. You cannot install an aftermarket steering wheel without buying a hub adapter. Hubs are also used to space the steering wheel closer to the driver in some cases.

Does any hub adapter work for any steering wheel? If not, how do you know what hub adapter you need to make any given steering wheel fit?
Different aftermarket steering wheels use different mounting bolt patterns, so you have to get a hub that has a bolt pattern that goes with the steering wheel you want to use. Make sure the hub and your steering wheel are compatible before purchasing. If there is a hub available for your vehicle, then an aftermarket steering wheel can be used with the same bolt pattern. If your car does not have a car-specific hub adapter then universal ones can be purchased.

How do you install a hub adapter?
An airbag is an explosive device and removal of the steering wheel involves working with it. This procedure should only be performed by a qualified mechanic. If your steering wheel does not have an airbag attached, the job is a lot easier. Your factory steering wheel comes off and the hub placed on your steering column. Once installed your new steering wheel mounts to the hub.

GAUGE BEZELS

What is a gauge bezel? Why buy a gauge bezel?
Gauge bezels are overlays for your instrument cluster. Gauge bezels are a good way to add a custom touch to the interior of your sport compact car.

How do you install a gauge bezel?
You must remove the plastic surrounding the cluster of the car. Once removed, the gauge face simply lies over it and attaches with double-sided tape.

RACING SEATS

Why buy racing seats?
Racing seats weigh less than factory seats, and they improve the performance of the car. They also increase support and can generally withstand more impact than factory seats.

Do racing seats come in pairs?
Racing seats come individually unless noted that they come in pairs.

Do racing seats fit in any vehicle?
Racing seats are universal for all cars; however, each seat will need to latch to a seat rail, which is car specific. Make sure there is a rail available for your car before purchasing the racing seats.

How do you install racing seats?
There are two types of seats. The first is a side mount, which uses brackets that are installed to the floor and to the side of the seat. The second type is one that sits on top of rails and bolt in from the bottom. After purchasing needed parts, simply unbolt your factory rails and install the new ones

Why buy pedals?
Pedals add a good look to the car's interior, and provide the driver with functional features for shifting and acceleration.

How do you install pedals?
Pedals overlay on top of your factory pedals using clamps on the backside. Installation is done using basic hand tools and can be done in minutes

What are seat brackets? Why buy seat brackets?
Seat brackets are used to mount your aftermarket racing seats to the floor of your car. When purchasing aftermarket seats, you will need a bracket to mount to the seat to your car

How do you install seat brackets?
Seat brackets are car specific and mount to the factory seat bracket holes. The installation can be done in minutes with simple hand tools.

SHIFT KNOBS

Do shift knobs fit every vehicle?
Yes, shift knobs are universal and fit any car.

How do you install a shift knob?
Universal shift knobs are screwed to attach to the factory shift lever. Car specific shift knobs will thread onto your factory shift lever.

A shifter bushing kit is an easy and inexpensive way to improve your shifting. The factory rubber bushings get old and gather slop, and when replaced the shifts will no longer feel rubbery and will instead feel more direct and crisp

How do you install shifter bushings?
Shifter bushings are installed using all the stock mounting hardware. Remove your factory shifter and old bushings and install the new ones.

STEERING WHEELS

Why buy a steering wheel?
Nothing adds a more dramatic new look to your interior than a custom steering wheel.

Do you need to buy anything with the steering wheel to make sure it installs properly?
A car specific steering wheel hub will need to be purchased in order to get the steering wheel to fit properly. Most steering wheel manufacturers have matching hubs, so please make sure we have one available for your car before purchasing

How do you install a steering wheel?
A steering wheel is installation is a bolt-on procedure once the hub is installed. When your hub is installed there are screws in the center of the steering wheel that attach to the face of the hub. Screw down all the hardware and you will be good to go.

CLEAR BUMPER LENSES

What do clear bumper lenses do? Why buy clear bumper lenses?
Clear bumpers lenses are an alternative to the factory lenses on the car. Bumper lenses are lights that are on your front bumper, and they are separated from the headlights.

How do you install clear bumper lenses?
Clear lenses are a direct factory bolt-on which only requires the removal of the stock lenses and replacement of the new lenses.

CLEAR CORNER LENSES

What do clear corner lenses do? Why buy clear corner lenses?
Clear corner lenses are a nice alternative to your factory corner lenses. Corner lenses are generally the lights directly adjacent to your cars headlights. They come for specific cars.

How do you install clear corner lenses?
Clear lenses are a direct factory bolt-on which requires removal of the stock lenses and replacing them with the new corner enses.

PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS

Why buy projector headlights?
Projector headlights can really improve the appearance of the car and help improve driving visibility at night. The projector light itself also emits a brighter, more vibrant light than the factory headlights.

Are headlights sold in pairs?
Yes, the headlights are sold in pairs unless noted differently.

How do you install headlights?
Headlights are manufactured to exact factory specifications for easy installation, so simply remove the factory headlights and bolt in the new projectors. Basic hand tools are required for installation.

HEADLIGHT BULBS

Why buy headlight bulbs?
Bulbs with a higher wattage will provide a brighter, more elegant look than the factory stock lights.

Do headlight bulbs come in pairs?
Yes, all headlight bulbs come in sets unless noted otherwise.

How do you know if any given headlight bulb will work for your vehicle?
Your factory bulbs are preset with identification numbers such as 9005, 9006, H1, H3, etc. When purchasing aftermarket bulbs make sure you buy the bulbs with the correct number.

How do you install headlight bulbs?
All aftermarket bulbs will replace the factory bulbs with no modifications and it requires no tools.

Brakes

BRAKE KITS

What does a brake kit do? Why buy a brake kit?
Aftermarket brake kits upgrade the factory front brakes by offering better stopping performance and better looks. Rear brake kits are also available but usually sold separate from the front. Aftermarket brake kits are a good way to improve the braking system.

What do all brake kits come with?
Aftermarket brake kits usually include rotors with larger diameters, stainless braided DOT approved front brake lines, a set of new performance brake pads, and front brake calipers and brackets.

How do you install a brake kit?
Complete removal of your factory brake setup is required, and the new kit is installed in its place. Factory rubber brake lines will need to be removed as well and replaced with the stainless braided lines.

BRAKE LINES

What do brake lines do? Why buy brake lines?
Brake lines connect the master cylinder to the calipers. The brake lines contain brake fluid so the fluid can push against the caliper every time the brakes are pressed on, thereby stopping you. Old rubber brake lines expand under pressure, so that instead of the brake fluid pushing the caliper, the fluid stretches the brake line and reduces the maximum performance of the brakes by making your pedal feel spongy. New brake lines combat this problem giving you maximum braking performance and a nice tight pedal feel.

How do you install brake lines?
Brake lines are installed by removing your factory rubber line fittings. Once the factory rubber brake line is removed, replace it with the new brake lines. Brake fluid will need to be replaced and the system will need to be bled.

Do brake lines come in sets of 4?
Brake lines are sold in sets of two for the front, unless otherwise noted.

BRAKE LIGHT COVERS

What do brake light covers do?
Brake light covers go over your third brake light and are a great way to accessorize your car and give it a custom look.

How do you install a brake light cover?
Brake light covers overlay on top of factory third brake light and are installed using the factory holes without modification or drilling.

BRAKE PADS

What do brake pads do? Why buy brake pads?
Brake pads are what slow your vehicle down by transforming speed into heat against the rotor. Aftermarket brake pads outperform stock in terms of stopping ability. Brake pads are a great way of giving a car more stopping power without spending too much money.

Do brake pads come in set of 4?
Unless otherwise noted, brake pads are sold in pairs.

How do you install brake pads?
Brake pads are the easiest component in the brake system to install. First the stock brake pads need to be removed out of the caliper before the new ones are installed. The brake system should be bled after installing brake pads.

ROTORS

What are rotors?
Rotors are the flat plates that provide friction for the brake pads to slow down the car. Some rotors have cooling fins between both faces. Replacing your factory rotors with aftermarket rotors will improve your braking power.
